Archery Pro Staff Michigan is not a typical On-line retailer, it is owned and run by people who live, work and shoot in the archery industry. The team here at APS is made up of several individuals who live for and in the archery industry. Native to the Mid Michigan area, Joe Bailey learned many aspects of hunting and fishing from their respective friends and families. After earning his Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering he has worked in the automotive, defense and archery industries to give him a broad scope of experience and list of contacts for knowledge and guidance.

Archery Pro Staff Michigan (APSMI) is the next logical step in Joe's career as he seeks to educate and inform other sportsmen in the state of Michigan.  Joe utilizes his engineering background to guarantee APSMI is bringing the customer premium products and service.
